Frequently Asked Questions
02/18/12You've got questions, we've got ... pretty much an empty page.
Are you guys serious?
You bet we are. Zombies are among us. The sleepers, the posers, the stumblers and the other assorted variations of zombies are patiently waiting for their turn. Some have started already. Remember that the early zombie gets the brains.
How do we know you're telling the truth?
Why would we lie? If we wanted to rid the world of those most susceptible to zombie attacks (darwinian forces at their finest) then we'd simply ramble on about how great it would be to have a friend like Zombie Hombre. But we don't, do we? Anyway, I believe it's against the law in several states to provide misinformation regarding zombie-related self defense.
What are the zombies after?
They're after our brains. It's that simple. Of course, zombies are rather dimwitted and they can only focus on one thing at a time, so maybe they started out wanting more. They can't remember any more. You can read more answers to zombie-related questions on our Zombie Questions and Answers page.
Do you really have radar scopes that look for zombies?
Did you really ask that question? Of course we're monitoring zombie tracking radar scopes. We're also monitoring the internet, county morgue reports of missing cadavers, C- thru Z-list celebrity sightings (usually without makeup or a PR entourage), and the alley behind that bar I can never remember the name of where I always see scary things while I'm regretting my appetizer and 'dollar draft' choices.
Are you associated with that smartphone game with a similar name?
No, we're not. In fact, we're not even aware that there is such a game with a similar name. And if we were, which we're not, we'd say that great minds think alike. Even if they are contributing to Zombie Complacency Syndrome (ZCS) and we're trying to shine a light on the zombie infiltration of our neighborhoods (with all the heralded success of Chicken Little's last hurrah) which shouldn't be confused with the zombie infiltration of our culture (you know, like these games and such are doing). The circle of (the end of your) life ... if zombies don't get you then popular culture will.
Why is it so hard to read your site on my smartphone?
We realize that you probably won't be in front of a computer when you're encountering zombies. At some point in the relatively near future we'll be updating the site to give you a better user experience on a phone. Until then memorize our How To Avoid Being Eaten By A Zombie tips.
